The Liquid Manufacturing Plant is available in various configurations with instrumentation from manual operation to fully automation mode. It is designed and fabricated as per fabrication code ASME SEC VIII DIV I & as per cGMP, USFDA norms requirement.
The facility consists of:
• Sugar-dissolving vessels
• Syrup manufacturing vessel
• Storage vessel
• Online sugar syrup pre-filter
• Vacuum system to transfer sugar & sugar syrup
• Zero holdup filtration unit
• Inline homogenizer / colloidal Mill
• Transfer pump
• Interconnecting pipeline
• Transfer panel for CIP & drain
- Bottom Entry propeller & counter type agitators specially designed with cartridge type mechanical seal
- No vibration on the shaft
- No coupling in the drive assembly
- Leading to lower maintenance cost
- Sugar granules transferred by vacuum system from dispensing room with special design bends
- Pipelines are Electro polished from the inside and connections are DIN/TC type
- Digital flow meter for purified water collection
- Online monitoring of product weight
- CIP & Sanitization compatible design
- Common transfer panel for transferring the product from one tank to another & for CIP cleaning of tank & interconnecting pipeline
- Final product transfer through zero hold-up filter press to storage tank
- Vessel mounting on the floor with legs and slab mounting with lungs
