Bright Pharma’s ointment manufacturing factory is a cutting-edge ointment, cream, and gel manufacturing facility, with an ointment-producing vessel that allows for the thorough and homogenous mixing of wax and aqueous phase materials.
The entire process, from beginning to end, has remained unchanged. This ointment production factory is ergonomically constructed and equipped with an anti-skid working platform with a safety railing for easier and safer operational motions.
These ointment manufacturing factories have SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition system) based IPC Plus PLC-operated control stations that are compliant with USFDA, EUFDA, and GAMP standards.

- The cream manufacturing vessel has a top entry
- The cream MFG vessel has top entry Semi-Contra Anchor Stirrer with stationery
- Battles have holes to move product up & down during mixing & shear the mass
- Anchor Stirrer has a boltless PTFE scrapper to scrap complete products from the vessel wall
- Top hydraulic lid lifting arrangement with interlock
- The top lid completely lifts with the Anchor stirrer
- Height Shear Homogenizer provided inbuilt & offline, as per client requirement
Wax vessel :
With top entry agitator cowl disc type or paddle with slow speed anchor
With top/bottom entry agitator cowl disc type or propeller type stirrer
Water Vessel :
Open top with top entry propeller stirrer
Close top with bottom or full entry propeller
Main Vessel :
Top entry paddle type or bottom entry bowl propeller blade stirrer
Hydraulic lid lifting for fast & easy cleaning of top dish & vessel
Flexible product transfer pipe & fitting in case of a load cell & hydraulic lifting
Homogenizer :
Offline & inbuilt angular/vertical bottom entry with & without circulation.
Interconnecting pipelines with conical fitter for molten wax & water phase.
Lobe pump for product recirculating during adding of flavors & transfer final product in storage.
High accuracy loaded for MFG vessel & Annex vessel.
SCADA Software with 21CFR part & Integrity
Vacuum System :
To remove aeration from the final product & transfer molten wax, hot water in the MFG vessel & mobile storage vessel
CIP System for cleaning of all 3 vessels, Storage vessel & interconnecting pipeline without dismantling.
