- It’s a pressurized Vessel & Zone -I compliance electrical, and electronic instruments are used in it
- Vessels provided in 2 parts –
– Slurry Preparation Vessel
– Inhaler Manufacturing vessel - Slurry Vessel will be jacketed, insulated with Armaflex Insulation & cladding with S. S. sheet.
- Top entry homogenizer provided for Preparation of Slurry, aseptic zero dead leg valve provided at the outlet of vessel & transfer in MDI Mfg
- MDI Mfg. The vessel has a top entry agitator with gearbox & motor. During Manufacturing Chilled water circulate inside the jacket with a 3-way valve. Temperature transmitter provided for chamber & jacket with ± 1˚ Accuracy
- We manufacture single-vessel designs that come with an inline IKA homogenizer.
