Design
At Bright Pharma, we take your success seriously. That is why we ensure that time is taken to work with you in order to design your equipment to suit your specific needs. This is achieved by using our years of experience to first make sure that your specifications are documented in line with your requirements and then using the latest Pressure Equipment, CAD to accomplish your goals. Equipment is designed to a range of standards from ASME VIII Div 1. We have the ability to work independently or combine strengths with your engineers so that you are guaranteed the right solution for your application.
Design

Fabrication
We have our technical knowledge, ability and experience in the fabrication of stainless steels, nickel alloys and exotic materials. All materials are inspected prior to fabrication for compliance with mechanical properties, dimensional tolerances, and physical conformity to ensure that steel grades are of the highest standards. Stainless materials include 304/304L, 316/316L., 310S, etc. Our fabrication teams are comprised of fully skilled and experienced craftsmen most of whom have been with us since the beginning.

Automatic, Orbital, and manual welding are carried out to fully approved procedures. Our welders and processes are qualified to the recognized standards and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is carried out to the relevant code or client specification demands. Welder qualification as per ASME SECTION IX guideline.

Pre-assembly
All equipment that requires site assembly, is pre-fitted prior to dispatch to ensure exact fitment. This includes everything from piping, electrical equipment, ladders, and handrails to complete agitator installations.

Bright Pharma main fabrication shop covers an area of over 2500 square ft. The facility is fully served by overhead cranes and a full range of fabrication equipment from rolling to machining. We offer a complete range of Non-Destructive Tests for equipment including Dye Pen, X-Ray, Vacuum Box, Air Leak, Pressure Test, etc.

Finishing
Manual polishing is carried out in a separate ventilated area from our production to ensure that dust is contained. Our Stainless steel polishers are highly skilled and motivated to provide the finish required to match the best industrial standards. Electro-polished finishing can also be offered as an option
Passivation, degreasing, and cleaning are all carried out in-house, either to Bright Pharma procedures or specific client requirements.

FAT
Bright Pharma offers a wide range of Factory Acceptance Tests to ensure that your equipment is designed, constructed, and operates exactly as it was designed to do. We also generate full FAT Protocol documents for client approval. Here is a sample of some tests available below – Dimensional Tests Full Functional Operation (When electrics or pneumatics are involved) Surface Test Noise Testing Documentation. We do Riboflavin Tests at the client site. We are also in the process of building a purpose-built FAT facility that will allow all FAT testing both mechanical and documentation under one roof.

Crucial to any project is control of documentation from order placement to final documentation acceptance. Our Manager looks after all documentation and takes control of clients SDR’s (Supplier Documentation Requirements) to ensure that paperwork is identified in the clients correct format and submissions are complete and are issued are as per their due dates.
